Our outreach support is specifically designed to cater to individuals who require less than 30 hours of support per week.
This support is personalised to suit the unique needs of the individuals, and we ensure to offer it at convenient times for them.
Outreach support encompasses a wide range of services, such as:
Assisting in the development and maintenance of essential life skills like food shopping, cooking, and managing household chores.
Providing help with financial matters and budgeting, as well as supporting tenancy maintenance.
Assisting individuals in accessing educational opportunities, be it college, voluntary work, or paid employment.
Facilitating the use of public transport for those who need it.
Encouraging participation in community-based activities like clubs and other social gatherings.
Offering personal care as needed.
Additionally, respite care extends its support to young people who require intensive assistance during crises to prevent disruptions in their existing placement.
During their stay in respite care, individuals are granted the necessary time, support, and space to regain control over their situations. They participate in various outdoor activities, workshops, and group sessions to keep them engaged and occupied.
